The TBA Construction Law Section will host two in-person opportunities for folks to come learn the basics of construction law. Join us Oct. 7 in Knoxville or Dec. 2 in Memphis. This 3-hour program will cover the prompt pay act, contractor licensing, lien law, and construction contracts. Registration with a light breakfast will begin at 8:30am CT. The program will kick off at 9am CT and wrap up at 12:30pm CT.
