Jumping Through the Hoops
Description:

The constant change in criminal practice is what keeps criminal lawyers on their toes. From one day to the next you could be in General Sessions on a motion, off handling a sensitive matter with a victim, or back in the office reading up on a death penalty issues. In the mix of these matters we continue to find ways to be more effective in our practice and make sure we balance our time with calls, answering discovery requests, meetings, and avoiding common ethical issues.  This program will help you jump through all those hoops and get up to speed.

Topics in this program include:
·      Motion Practice
·      Updates on the ABA Death Penalty Representation Project
·      Dealing with Victims
·      Prosecutorial Misconduct
·      Ethics
