The 2018 Intellectual Property forum will include presentations on patent, trademark, and copyright issues. Practitioners may attend any or all of the presentations based on their learning needs.
The morning sessions will address viral trademarks, how to protect software using intellectual property and Supreme Court updates on trademarks and copyrights. The afternoon sessions will address blockchain technology, Supreme Court updates on patents, and patent eligibility subject matter.
Two additional ethics sessions will cover ethical obligations for cybersecurity and pitfalls in defending clients who have been sent cease and desist letters. Registration is open all day allowing you to come and go for the topics you are interested in. Take as many or as few hours as you need. Pay only for the hours you attend.
