This year's Immigration Law Forum (held in-person in Nashville) will cover timely topics affecting immigration attorneys. Sessions will include the Southeastern Provision plant raid, family law immigration updates, the intersection of criminal and immigration law, and how foreign direct investment affects worker visas. We'll finish the day with a practical session on statute analysis.
