  • “Does It Please the Court?” — A conversation on courtroom best practices, ethical pro bono representation and access to justice with Chief Justice Holly Kirby and Justice Mary Wagner, Tennessee Supreme Court
  • “The Ethics of Saying No” — A thoughtful session with Panelists Constance Brown, City of Memphis City Attorney's Office, Will Perry, Butler Snow and Faith Watson, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. The session is moderated by Quinton Thompson, Morgan & Morgan.
  • Updates with Jessica Van Dyke from The Innocence Project and a discussion on the topic of zealous advocacy.
