The Juvenile & Children's Law Section will host a 2 general, 2 dual hours forum on December 3. This program will consist of engaging conversations with judges, practitioners and court administrators from across the state. Attendees will learn the history of the reasonable efforts and review cases in Tennessee involving the concept. Become enlightened on various methods to understanding youth’s cultural impact on decision making.

This virtual event will be live on Zoom. This program is intended for those who can watch it live. If you are unable to attend this live program, recordings of the sessions will be made available to purchase in the course catalog at a later date.
