Raising the Bar: Recognizing Resiliency During Times of Change

Description:

Produced by the TBA Women in the Profession Committee, this in-person event taking place at Baker Donelson's Nashville offices on Nov. 10 offers timely CLE sessions relevant to all attorneys as well as opportunities to network. This CLE addresses resiliency in our profession during times of change, whether that’s in one’s personal life or encompassing something more broad. We will hear engaging speakers discuss ways to flourish in both traditional and non-traditional legal paths, in addition to a session highlighting the role of women helping other women succeed. Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle will be our keynote, and will share with us her dynamic perspective on resiliency and ways in which she has balanced flexibility and perseverance throughout her career. We will also cover key habits of highly successful women, and offer attendees a session focused on attorney well-being and the importance of self-care in our success.
