Raising the Bar: Recognizing Resiliency During Times of Change

Description:

Registration for this course has ended. There will be walk-in forms available on site. If you have any questions, please email CLE@tnbar.org

Produced by the TBA Women in the Profession Committee, this in-person event will be held at Baker Donelson's Nashville offices on Nov. 10. We will hear from a stacked roster of women attorneys from across the state, and there will be opportunities to network including a networking breakfast from 8-9am and a networking reception following the program from 4-6pm CT. This CLE addresses resiliency in our profession during times of change, whether that’s in one’s personal life or encompassing something more broad. Keynote speaker Chancellor Ellen Lyle (retired), JAMS: Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services will share her perspective on withstanding career adversity, overcoming challenges, and growing from these experiences. Listen and learn from a star-studded panel discussing ways to flourish in both traditional and non-traditional legal careers. We've got a powerhouse panel composed of judges and attorneys sharing their thoughts on the role of women helping other women succeed. Implement simple tools, learn new strategies and hear insights on how to feel successful every day from Mridu Parikh of Life is Organized. Last but certainly not least, we will conclude with a session focused on attorney well-being and the importance of setting and enforcing boundaries.
