The TBA’s Labor and Employment Law Forum, which is sponsored by the TBA’s Labor and Employment Section, provides in depth, timely, specialized, and practical information and updates on a range of labor and employment law topics. Presented by a panel of well-respected speakers including leaders in the field, this year’s Forum features diverse viewpoints from both the plaintiff, as well as the defense perspective. The virtual program, which is split over two days, includes topics such as Case Law Update, From “Court-Packing” to Kneeling: Ethical Discussions of Controversial Topics, ADAAA, FMLA, FFCRA and Other COVID-19 Related Hot Topics, Masters of the Bar, 1st 100 Days under President Biden – Where are we Headed in Employment/Labor Law, and finally an ethics presentation titled Dummies for Ethics – Employment Lawyers Edition.
