The Tennessee Bar Association is the premier CLE provider in the state and is dedicated to providing Tennessee attorneys with the skills that they need in their day-to-day practice.

In this new CLE produced by the TBA, attendees will learn key updates for state government lawyers. Sessions will touch on procurement contracts, rules of procedure and evidence in administrative proceedings, legislative updates, negotiation skills, ethics and issues and challenges with public private partnership.

State and Local Government Attorneys: State and local government attorneys may attend at the member rate when their departments have chosen to provide department-paid memberships. If your department does not yet provide this, please contact Membership Director Kathy Prescott at kprescott@tnbar.org for details on how other government departments have been able to provide staff members with free and discounted CLE programming, unlimited online legal research through Fastcase and other benefits with department-paid memberships.
